The Disease of Being Busy

This is a beautiful, if not intense, commentary on the over-busy lifestyles we lead in the United States, and in other developed countries I’m sure. I long for encounters where “…we can sit with the people we love so much and have slow conversations about the state of our heart and soul, conversations that slowly unfold, conversations with pregnant pauses and silences that we are in no rush to fill.”

Though in many ways it says nothing new, perhaps it is new to you, or will enter your heart in a different way than you’ve heard before.
